FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. — The Fort St. John RCMP is seeking information on a vehicle that may be linked to a “suspicious occurrence” that took place on December 12th.

Anyone who has seen or knows the whereabouts of a blue 2019 Subaru Forester with a B.C. license plate NM750N is asked to contact the police.

The RCMP said under no circumstances should anyone approach the vehicle or any people who may be inside.

Officers believe the vehicle is related to an incident that occurred on December 12th.

Last week, Fort St. John police were responding to a wellness check at an apartment, and when they arrived, they discovered that a shooting had occurred, though it is unknown when it took place or who was involved.

The apartment in question is located on 105th Avenue near 112th Street, and a heavy police presence was seen at the residence for multiple days following the wellness check.

The blue 2019 Subaru Forester was last seen in the area of the apartment on Tuesday, December 12th.

Anyone with information regarding the vehicle or the occurrence on December 12th is asked to contact Corporal Ian Rissanen at the Fort St. John RCMP Detachment at 250-787-8100.
