Logan was found guilty of two counts of breach of release order stemming from an assault in August 2021 in Chetwynd. He was sentenced to jail time served and a $100 victim surcharge, which goes towards helping victims of a crime.

Kelly Donald Shular (born 1975)

Shular was found guilty of possessing a weapon without a licence or registration, three counts of breach of release order, three counts of breach of undertaking, three counts of possessing a weapon for a dangerous purpose, willfully resisting or obstructing a peace officer, uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm, uttering threats and two counts of mischief of $5,000 or under.

All of the incidents took place in Fort St. John from January 2022 to February 2023. 

He was sentenced to jail time served, a 15-month probation order, a five-year firearm prohibition, ordered to submit a DNA sample and a forfeiture which allows the government to seize property and assets “tainted” by crime.
