UPDATE: Power has been restored.

FORT ST. JOHN, B.C — Approximately 1784 customers were without power in the North Peace due to damage to BC Hydro’s transmission line.

The outage was affecting residents in Bear Flat, Charlie Lake, and part of Fort St. John.
