FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. — The Fort St. John Hospital Foundation (FSJHF) is holding its second community 50/50 draw, where participants could win up to $10,000.
FSJHF’s executive director, Kelly Amboe, said this is the second time the foundation has held a 50/50 draw, and they hope to do it twice a year going forward.
“We’re hoping to make it more regular, and we encourage the whole community to participate,” Amboe explained.
“Tickets are only available online, but if you’re struggling to purchase them online, we can help facilitate those purchases in our office.”
The foundation’s portion of the draw will go towards its operating cost.
“Our current jackpot is around just over 2,500 that you could win,” Amboe said.
“[The total is] $5,550, a nice split in half.”
