BC Transit launches online engagement platform

FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. – BC Transit officially launched an online engagement platform Wednesday to allow users to share their feedback and suggestions.

BC Transit says the platform, called Voice of the Rider, is an effort to drive community engagement on all projects and future transit planning.

The platform will also help Transit better understand rider satisfaction and gather recommendations and feedback to improve the overall transit experience, BC Transit said in a release.

“BC Transit believes that to better understand riders and prospective riders, the
the organization needs to better connect with communities and ensure customer feedback is an even bigger factor in future business decisions,” the release said.
