Night welding begins on Taylor Bridge

TAYLOR, B.C. – Night welding on Taylor Bridge will begin Monday at 7 p.m. following weather delays.

Dawson Road Maintenance says the bridge will be down to single lane alternating traffic between 7 p.m. and 3:30 a.m. Monday through Friday.

DRM mentions that wide loads up to 16 feet will be able to cross while they are working.

Loads over 16 feet may be asked to wait while crews clear the bridge to accommodate their crossing.
