Dawson Road Maintenance to conduct routine repairs on Taylor Bridge beginning Friday night

FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. – Dawson Road Maintenance will be performing routine repairs to the Taylor Bridge on Friday, beginning at 7:00 p.m.

The company says work is expected to continue until 3:30 a.m. on Saturday. During this time, the bridge will be down to single-lane alternating traffic.

Any loads up to 16 feet (4.87 metres) in width will be allowed to cross through the zone with minimal delay. Any loads in excess of 16 feet (4.87 metres) might need to wait to cross while crews remove their equipment from the structure to accommodate the load.

The company apologizes for any inconvenience this work may cause.
