FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. – The Fort St. John & District Chamber of Commerce will be presenting the Business Excellence Awards virtually on Thursday.

The awards ceremony is a yearly celebration and recognition of businesses during the National Small Business Week Celebrations.

“We have chosen to present our Business Excellence Awards virtually this year so that more people can enjoy and celebrate the successes of our small business community from the comfort and safety of their homes,” says Executive Director of the Chamber Cheryl Montgomery.

“We don’t want to miss an opportunity to showcase the hard work of so many businesses who are not only surviving through COVID but Thriving!!”

This year the Chamber partnered with Small Business BC to provide online workshops and webinars for community members.

The virtual awards will be streamed virtually on the Chamber Facebook and Energetic City Facebook at 7 p.m.
