TAYLOR, B.C. – Peace Island Park has a new caretaker.
The District of Taylor says Andy Tylosky grew up in the Baldonnel area, and spent many weekends enjoying the activities that Peace Island Park offers.
Bringing an abundance of outdoor experience and knowledge, he is eager to provide a great camping experience for users of Peace Island Park.
Tylosky has settled into the caretaker’s residence at the park, and he is getting ready for guests to arrive in May.
There are 39 campsites on the island and 60 serviced sited in the new expansion area of the park, according to the District of Taylor website.
