“Board members are integral to the work we do to conserve and enhance local fish and wildlife,” says FWCP Peace Region Manager Chelsea Coady. “Our board members help define priority actions eligible for FWCP funding, review all grant applications, and decide what projects we fund in this region.”

The FWCP is a partnership between BC Hydro, the Province of B.C., Fisheries and Oceans Canada, First Nations, and public stakeholders to conserve and enhance fish and wildlife in watersheds impacted by existing BC Hydro dams.

Those looking to apply can contact the FWCP Peace Region Manager, Chelsea Coady, at 250-561-4884.
