FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. – The City of Fort St. John has announced that it is looking for nominations for the 2021 Community Awards.
According to a video posted on the City’s Facebook page, Councillors Tony Zabinsky and Byron Stewart say 2020 has been a challenging year for everyone within the community.
While it has been challenging, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, they know that many members of the community have stepped up to help out, and the City would like to recognize those individuals that have made a difference this past year.
If you do know of someone who has helped out in the community during these trying times, Zabinsky and Stewart encourage you to nominate them for the Community Awards.
The virtual gala will take place on April 29, 2021.
