Lake View Credit Union awards $25,000 to community programs

DAWSON CREEK, B.C. – Lake View Credit Union awarded nine non-profits and programs for a total of $25,000 as part of their long-running Community Social Responsibility Fund program.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this year’s cheque giving ceremony was changed, and the cheques were given remotely in a safe, socially distanced manner.

The recipients this year are as follows:

Non-profits or community programs interested in applying for the Community Social Responsibility Fund can do so twice annually, either March to April or September to October. Applications and eligibility information are available through the Lake View Credit Union website.
