Grande Prairie RCMP search for missing woman

UPDATE: The RCMP has notified the media that Alexandria Horseman has been found safe and unharmed.

GRANDE PRAIRIE, A.B. — Police in Grande Prairie are asking for help finding a missing woman.

28-year-old Alexandra Courtney Horseman was reported missing on Tuesday. She contacted her family by phone last week, but has not been in touch since. RCMP did not specific which day last week.

She is described as an Aboriginal woman with shoulder length brown hair and brown eyes. She is about 5’6″ and weighs 130 lbs.

The Grande Prairie RCMP says there is a general concern for her well being and that they would like to locate and speak with her as soon as possible.
