Northern Lights College hosts ‘Fun & Sports Day’
FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. — Coming up this morning, NLC’s Business Management 104 Class will be hosting a free Fun & Sports Day with Kabaddi — a contact sport originating in India — tug of war, musical chairs, PS4 contest and bouncy castles.
The student-driven event provides instructor Nakib Ahmed’s business and marketing students with hands-on experience spearheading a project that will benefit the community and charity.
The event, which starts at 11 a.m. and runs until 1 p.m., is open to the public for all to attend.
A pizza and pop lunch will also be provided.
The event will be held at Fort St. John Northern Lights College Campus, in its atrium/back parking lot.
