FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. — The Peace River Regional District has identified emerging policy directions from the North Peace Fringe Area OCP, and wants feedback from residents.

Open houses will be hosted in mid-February for residents to share their thoughts on the current direction of the OCP Update.

On Feb. 15, 16, and 17, three open houses will run from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. On Monday night, Baldonnel Elementary School will host an event. On Tuesday, the Charlie Lake Community Club will have its turn hosting. Finally, on Wednesday night, the North Peace Cultural Centre will take on the open house.

Feedback can also be provided online through a survey. It will be available from Feb. 15 to 19.

The Regional District expects to start drafting the OCP from feedback gathered from February until June of this year. Following that, more public consultation will take place in the fall, and the final draft will be realized early next year.
