City of Fort St. John offering free transit on Election Day
Fort St. John is among many cities offering free transit for their residents on October 19th, so that people who may have concerns about getting to the polls on Election Day can do so with ease.
Previously, the city provided the service for the local government election in 2011.
In 2014, council approved a resolution to provide transit to citizens of Fort St. John for all future elections.
Dawson Creek and Prince George are also offering free transit on the 19th.
