Popular children's entertainers performing in Fort St. John

The two performers, known as Splash and Boots, are a highly energetic duo who started out their performing careers as recording artists, eventually completing five CDs and two full-length DVDs as their Splash N' Boot characters, and now perform internationally over 200 days a year.

The husband and wife duo, who can now be seen on Treehouse TV, are said to perform with such a high level of talent, that they often leave the older audience members like mom and dad very impressed as well.

Recently, the breakthrough group has been labelled the "U2 of children’s entertainment" and were names "Children’s Music Group of the Year."

Taes Leavitt, AKA Boots, says the two are very excited for their first trip to northern B.C.

"We are really looking forward to coming to Fort St. John for the first time. We love B.C. and it’s one of our favourite places to visit."

The cross-Canada theatre tour, "Roll Play Live Animal Party", that will be presented Saturday in Fort St. John, is now also slated for national broadcasts, so those in attendance will have the opportunity to see it before it hits the air.

The show will begin at 1 p.m. and tickets can be purchased at the North Peace Cultural Centre box office, or online.
