Patrick Richmond has been charged with the Murder of Annie Davis
Patrick Sean Richmond has been arrested in connection with the Murder of Annie Davis.
Monday the RCMP stated an arrested had been made and that more details would be released following his first court appearance. Â Richmond appeared in Surrey Provincial court today after being arrested in Surrey on July 24th. Â He has been remanded in custody to appear in Dawson Creek Provincial Court on August 4th, 2009.
Davis’s body was found on May 6, 2008 on Jackfish Lake Road. She was 46 year old at the time of death, but would have celebrated her 47th birthday on May 8th of last year.
Police did not release the cause of death; however Davis was last seen on or about April 16, 2008.
