The Peace River Regional District is asking community members to fill out what it’s calling an important survey.

The Regional District wants to know how effectivly residents’ sewer systems are functioning.

The District is once again making an application to goverment grant programs to assist with financial support for the installation of a community sewer program of the Clairmont/Grandhaven subdivision.

Up to 66 per cent of the total cost could be funded by the government grant. However, in order to recieve that funding, the Regional District must show that 25 per cent of the current sewage systems are failing within the Clairmont/Grandhaven subdivision.

The Regional District has mailed the surveys, and is asking residents to be honest when filling them out.
