The Dawson Creek RCMP reports a stolen equipment file has been closed.
It’s the case involving the work site disappearance of a John Deere excavator early last Sunday morning.
It is no longer missing and, police say their criminal investigation has become a civil issue, among the owners of the machine.
Police add, the excavator was removed from the work site by aunidentified man, who owns 25 percent of the shares, of the companyinvolved.
