Blacksox Split Double Header

Now to the Paladin Black sox who hosted a double header against the undefeated Peace River Stampeders, and game 1 was a serious pitching dual between Peace River’s Jevon Titus and FSJ’s Ryan Stickel – no runs through 4, the stampeders cashed two unearned in the fifth, and finally in the bottom of the 7th the sox got three, Danny Pappin knocked in two of them, and the Sox handed the Stampeders a 3-2 loss for their first defeat of the season.

In game two, a little different an atmostphere, plenty more offense, infact this one was tied at 7 after 4 innings, before Peace River shut the door, they win 12-8 and earn a split.
