PRRD to host candidate information session for 2026 General Local Election with Fort St. John, Dawson Creek
The Peace River Regional District is co-hosting two candidate information session ahead of the general local elections.

FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. — The Peace River Regional District (PRRD) is co-hosting two candidate information sessions ahead of the 2026 general local election with the cities of Fort St. John and Dawson Creek in July.
According to a Facebook event, the information session for Fort St. John has been scheduled for July 28 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the City Hall, Council Chambers. The session in Dawson Creek has been scheduled for July 29, 2026, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Kiwanis Performing Area Centre.
These sessions are meant for anyone interested in running for the local government in the PRRD.
