Audielicious announces Chetwynd location’s impending closure
The second of two Audielicious locations in the peace region, the restaurant opened in Chetwynd in 2024.

CHETWYND, B.C. — The ownership of local restaurant Audielicious announced their Chetwynd location is set to close.
Ownership posted on Facebook on Tuesday, May 12th, stating the eatery’s closure will be at the end of May.
Featuring dishes encompassing Filipino, Mexican and Western influences, Audielicious has a second location in Fort St. John.
The Chetwynd location opened in 2024 inside the Travelodge by Wyndham on South Access Road in the community.
“[In the] last couple [of] months l posted when l answered the rumours that we are closing, l mentioned the only reason we will be closing is when the hotel will be sold,” wrote owner Audie Louie in the post.
“The hotel is sold already, and they took over this month. Our lease is up [at the] end of this month, l and our new landlord agreed to separate our ways. They have different plans, and l have different plans as well.”
Louie mentioned gift cards will still be honoured at the location until May 31st and that they are also valid at the Fort St. John location.
