DAWSON CREEK, B.C. — The City of Dawson Creek is inviting businesses to apply for grants through its 2026 Business Facade Program.

According to a Facebook post uploaded to the City of Dawson Creek’s page, the program is meant to “encourage” local business owners to update their storefronts and keep the city’s downtown and other business corridors looking “fresh.”

This comes after improvement programs were announced by the City of Fort St. John, the Peace River Regional District (PRRD) and the District of Taylor.

There will be two intakes, provided funds are still available after the first intake.

The first intake deadline is on May 1st and the second is on September 1st.
