It’s always interesting to see what the readers of Energeticcity.ca are most curious about. Sometimes it’s a big decision that will impact property taxes, and sometimes it’s a new restaurant coming to town. Here are the most-read stories for the week of May 4 to 10, 2025:

  1. Over 800 Special Ballots:​ “mistakenly” kept in BC riding according to Elections Canada. One ballot was from the Prince George – Peace River – Northern Rockies riding.
  2. BC Hydro Reports Third Party Interest:​ in the Site C camp amid disposal concerns. The utility stated it remains positive the structure will be repurposed rather than demolished.
  3. Order Filed with Supreme Court:​ after Northern Health fails to complete Freedom of Information request. Caroline Alexander filed several FOI requests with Northern Health between January 8th and January 23rd, and she claims she has not received a response from the health authority as of May 5th.
