Fort St. John math workshop cancelled
A math workshop in Fort St. John, organised by Fort St. John Literacy Society and ABC Everyday Numbers, has been cancelled due to a lack of registration.

FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. — A math workshop in Fort St. John, which aimed to improve the skills of adults, has been cancelled due to a lack of registration.
The Fort St. John Literacy Society announced the cancellation on it’s Facebook page on March 20th.
The workshop was going to be held on Monday, March 24th.

Organized by the society and ABC Everyday Numbers, the workshop would have focused on basic math skills, pattern recognition and other foundational concepts.
According to the society, not enough people registered for the event, probably due to a “lack of interest,” which led to its cancellation.
The society says it may try to organize the workshop again in the future as something more family-oriented.
The Fort St. John Literacy Society building is located at 10136 100th Avenue.
