Nicholas David Alexander Macphail (born 1987):

Macphail was issued a no-money recognizance after the allegation for a charge of assault, related to an incident in Tumbler Ridge that took place on September 22nd, 2024. Macphail was given conditions to follow by the court.
Fort Nelson Provincial Court sentencing, January 30th
Trevor Curits Tsakoza (born 1987):
Tsakoza was found guilty of breaching a release order for an incident in Fort Nelson on April 24th, 2024. Tsakoza was sentenced to jail time served and received a $100 victim surcharge, which goes towards helping victims of a crime.

Lawrence Pereira Ribeiro (born 1966):
Ribeiro was found guilty of assault and theft of $5,000 or under, for an incident in Dawson Creek on July 31st, 2024. Ribeiro was issued a suspended sentence, where the accused is given conditions to follow. Ribeiro also received two one-year probation orders.
