Courtoreille was issued a $200 recognizance after the allegation for a charge of assault related to an incident in Dawson Creek on June 19th, 2024. If Courtoreille fails to follow the conditions laid out by the court, they will have to pay the $200.
Bryce Shane Montana Hart (born 1997):
Hart was found guilty of two counts of assault related to an incident in Dawson Creek on October 5th, 2024. Hart received two 60-day conditional sentences, which is a sentence to be served outside of jail under strict conditions, sometimes called “house arrest.” Hart also recieved two 12-month probation orders.
Christopher Lee McGraw (born 1984):

McGraw was found guilty of assault and mischief $5,000 or under for an incident in Chetwynd on February 14th, 2024. McGraw was conditionally discharged with two one-year probation orders and $200 in victim surcharges, which go towards helping victims of a crime. A conditional discharge means the record won’t show a conviction if a person meets the conditions the judge sets.
Dustin Thomas Roode (born 1996):
Roode was found guilty of driving while prohibited and/or with a suspended license, for an incident in Dawson Creek on May 20th, 2023. Roode was issued a $1,200 fine and a $180 victim surcharge.
Troy Walter Schweitzer (born 1975):
Schweitzer was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content over 80, for an incident in Dawson Creek on May 26th, 2024. Schweitzer was fined $1,500, including a $450 victim surcharge, and received a one-year drivibg prohibition.

Brandon Roy Horne (born 1989):
Horne was found guilty of obstructing an officer, breaching a probation order, and driving while prohibited under the Canadian Criminal Code, for an incident in Dawson Creek on April 9th, 2024. Horne was sentenced to 16 days in jail in addition to jail time served, and recieved a three-year criminal driving prohibition.
Murray Dennis Albert Hughes (born 1987):
Hughes was found guilty of making harassing communication for an incident in Sunrise Valley, B.C. on July 1st, 2022. Hughes was issues a 180-day conditional sentence, an 18-month probation order, a five-year firearm prohibition, and a $100 victim surcharge.
