Fort St. John Provincial Court sentencing, November 25th:
Skyler Gordon Scott Paice (born 2001):

Paice was issued a $500 recognizance after the allegation for a charge of assault related to an incident in Hudson’s Hope on June 30th, 2023. If Paice fails to follow the conditions laid out by the court, they will need to pay the $500.
Dawson Creek Provincial Court sentencing, November 26th:
William Victor Earl Larocque (born 1993):
Larocque was found guilty of two counts of breaching a probation order, possession of stolen property under $5,000, breach of a release order, and theft, for incidents in Dawson Creek that took place between March 2021 and July 2022.

Damion Arthur Wayne Lock (born 2002):
Lock was issued a $500 recognizance after the allegation for a charge of assault related to an incident in Dawson Creek on December 15th, 2023. If Lock fails to follow the conditions laid out by the court, they will need to pay the $500.

Peterson was issued a $500 recognizance after the allegation for a charge of assault with a weapon, related to an incident in Hudson’s Hope on May 22nd, 2023. If Peterson fails to follow the conditions laid out by the court, they will need to pay the $500.
