Dawson Creek Provincial Court sentencing, October 1st

Tyler Samuel Leonard Campbell (born 1991):

Campbell was issued a recognizance after the allegation after being charged with assault with a weapon for an incident in Pouce Coupe on August 19th, 2023. A recognizance after the allegation means Campbell was given conditions to follow by the court.

Fort St. John Provincial Court sentencing, October 3rd

Michael John Marchand (born 1967):

Marchand was found guilty of mischief $5,000 or under for an incident in Fort St. John on March 29th, 2024. Marchand was issued a conditional discharge and a one-year probation order. A conditional discharge means the record won’t show a conviction if Marchand meets the conditions the judge sets.

Dawson Creek Provincial Court sentencing, October 3rd

Angela Frankson (born 1966):

Frankson was found guilty of theft of $5000 or under for an incident in Chetwynd on May 1st, 2023. Frankson was issued a conditional discharge, a six-month probation order, and ordered to pay $600 in restitution, which requires the offender to pay the victim for financial losses the victim suffered because of the crime.
