Northern Health has announced another overnight closure of the Fort St. John Hospital emergency department on July 17th.

FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. – Northern Health has announced another overnight closure of the Fort St. John Hospital emergency department on July 17th.
A Facebook post around 1:30 p.m. stated services would be unavailable from 4 p.m. July 17th to 10 a.m. July 18th. The post explained that the closure was due to ‘physician coverage challenges.’
This is the same reason the health authority provided for diversions that occurred overnight on July 12th, 13th, 14th, and 16th.
