FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. – During the last district school board meeting of the 2023-24 school year, the board approved the 2024-2025 expenditure plan for an estimated $1.88 million annual facility grant (AFG).

The district needs to submit a summary of its projects and costs prior to the start of the next school year so that each can be approved and funds can be acquired.

Proposed projects range from simple electrical panel upgrades for Alwin Holland Elementary and accessibility upgrades to the parking lot for Baldonnel Elementary to more significant upgrades and constructions.
