Pursuant to section 6(2) of the Expropriation Act, RSBC 1996, c. 125, take notice that the British Columbia Hydro and Power Authority intends to expropriate interests in lands located in the area of Charlie Lake, British Columbia, and legally described as:

• PID: 013-576-810 (The North West 1/4 of Section 22 Township 83 Range 19 West of the 6th Meridian Peace River District Except Plan 26663); and

• PID: 013-576-836 (The South East 1/4 of Section 28 Township 83 Range 19 West of the 6th Meridian Peace River District Except Plan 26606).

The nature of the interests in the lands that is intended to be expropriated is a Statutory Right of Way and associated Section 219 Covenant, in the form attached to the Expropriation Notice filed with the Victoria Land Title Office under registration number CB1309158.
