Wayne Jonathan Naves (born 1977)

Naves was found guilty of fraud for an incident in Fort St. John on August 8th, 2022. He was sentenced to a 12-month probation order and given a conditional discharge, which means his record won’t show a conviction if he meets the conditions the judge sets.

Jason William Vickery (born 1982)

Vickery was charged with a fear of injury or damage to a person or property for an incident on August 17th, 2022, in Cecil Lake. He was sentenced to recognizance after allegation of $500. If he breaks the conditions laid out by the court, he must pay the $500.

Dawson Creek Provincial Court, April 3rd sentencing:

Jeanette Dalena Belcourt (born 1987)

Belcourt was found guilty of six counts of breach of a probation order and three counts of breach of a release order related to a theft of $5,000 or under charge in 2020 in Dawson Creek. She was sentenced to 30 days in jail and time served.

Cooper Dean Lemkay (born 1994)

Lemkay was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle on a highway without a licence for an incident in Dawson Creek on November 21st, 2022. He was fined $1,150, including a victim surcharge which goes toward the victim of a crime.

John David Rounds (born 1962)

Rounds was found guilty of causing fear of injury or damage to a person or property. He was given a 12-month, $500 recognizance after the allegation.

Landen Jack Hanson (born 2001)

Hanson was found guilty of causing fear of injury or damage to a person or property. He was given a 12-month, $500 recognizance after the allegation.
