Taylor Speedway 2022 season schedule released

TAYLOR, B.C. – Racing season is back in the Peace region, and the Taylor Speedway is preparing for its first event of the season at the end of the month.

The season is kicking off with the Opener Bomber Invitational on May 27th and 28th.

Then, the hit-to-pass event, where stock car racers must bump a vehicle to pass them legally, is scheduled for June 18th.

The Doug Babcock Memorial Points Challenge, in honour of one of the speedway’s founders, is taking place on June 24th and 25th.

The speedway will be busy in July with the Lazer’s Edge Mini Stock Invitational on the 15th and 16th and the IMCA Modified Invitational from the 29th to 31st.

The last race on the dirt oval will be a final hit-to-pass event on September 10th.
