Police searching for fraudster after stolen credit cards used in Fort St. John

FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. – The Fort St. John RCMP are asking for the public’s help in identifying a man suspected of credit card fraud and theft over $5000.

Police were advised that stolen credit cards were used to purchase over $12,000 in gasoline at various gas stations in Fort St. John and Taylor. The fraudulent purchases took place between June 6-11th at the two Shell gas stations in Fort St. John. Other fraudulent purchases were made at the Esso station on 100^th St. at 93^rd Ave, and at the Esso station in Taylor.

The suspect used two different stolen credit cards to purchase the fuel, and was captured on surveillance video.
