TC PipeLines, LP 2016 third quarter cash distribution rises from 2015
FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. – The board of directors of TC PipeLines GP, Inc., its general partner, declared the Partnership’s third quarter 2016 cash distribution of $0.94 per common unit in an announcement today.
The numbers are unchanged from the second quarter 2016 distribution. There is a 6% increase from the $0.89 per common unit that was paid in the third quarter of 2015.
The cash distribution is the 70th consecutive quarterly distribution paid by the Partnership and is payable on November 14, 2016 to unit holders of record at the close of business on November 1, 2016.
Third quarter results are expected to be released on Friday, November 4, 2016.
