Trailing the County of Grande Prairie JDA Kings by five points for fourth place heading into this weekend’s slate of games, the Fort St. John Huskies will have a chance to claw back into the mix of things with two games. Tonight they’ll take on the Beaverlodge Blades at 8 p.m., and tomorrow they’ll skate with the Sexsmith Vipers.
The Huskies come into tonight’s game having won all of their meetings against the Blades this season.
Against the Vipers the clubs have split their two meetings so far this year with Fort St. John winning the last tilt, a 5-4 overtime win back on October 24.
Saturday’s game is also an 8 p.m. start.
