Petroleum Association Flyers win two to keep winning streak intact

The Fort St. John Petroleum Association Flyers took to the ice for two games against Grande Prairie and Spirit River. Austin Craig earned himself a shut out for the win 1-0 over the Grande Prairie A Knights. Lance Aylward put the lone goal in the back of the net 12 minutes into the 2nd period, with the assist from Kyle Robertson.

Sunday was a 5-3 win over Spirit River. Goals came from Tyler Bueckert, Travis Domeij, Jayden Piket (2) and Lance Aylward. Assists to Aiden Craig-Steele, Jayden Piket, Tim Rice, and Lane DeRose.

The team’s next action will be a tournament in Quesnel this coming weekend.
