UPDATE March 25th: Fort St. John RCMP has reported that James Hawthorne has been located safe and uninjured.
FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. – Fort St. John RCMP is asking for the public’s help finding a missing 49-year-old man.
Police received a report that James Hawthorne was considered missing on March 22nd and was last seen at around 10 a.m. the same day.
RCMP went to locations that Hawthorne regularly attends, but officers weren’t able to locate him. Hawthorne is deaf and does not have his phone with him.

Police and family have concern for his safety and wellbeing.
The Fort St John RCMP continue to investigate and are asking anyone who has information about James Hawthorne or where he might be, to contact police by calling the Fort St John RCMP at 250-787-8100.
