The Health Authority says “posting summary information about substantiated non-compliance, written warnings and Public Health orders strengthens public accountability and transparency.”

Northern Health says when establishments don’t immediately comply with public health orders it “pursues progressive enforcement measures from education up to warning letters, tickets, and closure letters.”

The table list includes businesses or workplaces that are subject to enforcement measures, as well as the status of the enforcement.

There are five establishments from Fort St. John on the enforcement action table list so far and one establishment from Dawson Creek.

Those wanting to view the enforcement measures can do so here.
