Developers interested in Energy Interpretive Centre land

In a report to City Council, staff says last summer developers expressed interest in all or a portion of the property.
At that point no decision was being sought, but the City was looking for direction from City Council on whether or not it would be interested in selling all or part of the land.
City staff recommended looking into selling a portion of the land and retaining the remainder for future use.
