80 those definciencies resulted in charges, mostly under the provincial Water Act for not reporting water volumes as well as a few under the provincial Environment Management Act.

13 resulted in orders under the provincial Oil and Gas Activities Act, 22 led to warnings, another 76 ended in letters requiring action and three in referrals to other agencies.
