Road work causing two-hour delays on Taylor Hill
Road maintenance is causing delays on South Taylor Hill.

TAYLOR, B.C. — Roadwork on top of the South Taylor Hill is causing major delays.
According to Rose Prairie resident Chris Schippmann, it took him almost two hours to get from the top of the North Taylor Hill to the South Taylor Hill.
Schippmann said work was underway on the top of South Taylor Hill.
On May 25th, Argo Road Maintenance announced crews would be conducting annual road maintenance on South Taylor Hill, including cleaning.
It originally said traffic would be alternating single-lane from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Tuesday, May 26th.
According to Schippmann, traffic was single-lane alternating.
Schippman said he was travelling through Taylor on his way to work. He also said he will be interested to hear what Argo says about the delays, as the lineups were “obviously way bigger than they expected.”
