According to the South Peace Division of Family Practice website, this year’s expo will feature an expanded focus on resilience and connection across the health system, continuing to bring together healthcare providers, community services and local partners.

Michelle Tonn, the PCN manager for the South Peace Division of Family Practice, said the Health Expo provides residents of the South Peace with a chance to come together and discuss the health services available to them.

“The Health Expo is an opportunity for people to connect with local providers, learn about available services and explore how we can come together to support the health and well-being of our communities across Dawson Creek, Chetwynd, Tumbler Ridge and the broader South Peace Region.”

According to the South Peace Division of Family Practice, the expo will include interactive exhibits, engaging activities and information booths, hosted by over 30 local service providers and organizations.

Healthcare professionals will also be present at the expo, providing residents with an opportunity to ask questions and learn more about navigating and accessing care in their community.
