Twenty per cent of the proceeds from each purchased item will go to the gymnastic association.

Jennifer Gabert, Chair of the fundraising committee for North Peace Gymnastic Association, outlined how people can contribute to the fundraiser.

“The [people who wish to donate] just create a very simple profile, it’s essentially their name, phone number, email address and then a little password. Then they can order whatever they choose.”

Gabert said fundraisers like this help the non-profit keep gymnastics costs low.

“We’re doing everything we can to try and make sure that we’re supporting kids and keeping girls in sport, while trying to keep our costs as reasonable as we can.”

According to Gabert, the association hopes to raise $5,000 from the fundraiser.

People can purchase food items in support of the fundraiser until Tuesday, May 5th, at 11:00 p.m.

In addition to the current fundraiser, the association will also be hosting a 50/50 draw starting early May until the winner is drawn at the Northern Lights Gymnastic competition. Tickets will be available online starting early May.

Those who purchase food from the fundraiser can pick it up at the North Peace Gymnastics Association, located at 10023 95 Avenue in Fort St. John, on Friday, May 15, 2026, at 2:45 p.m.
