Cash stolen after overnight break-in at Tim Horton’s

FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. — Cash was stolen after a local coffee shop in Fort St. John was broken into overnight. 

According to the Fort St. John RCMP, officers responded to a report of a break-in at the Tim Horton’s restaurant located on 112th Street shortly after 3 a.m. on April 16th. 

Investigation into the incident determined that unidentified suspects had broken into the building overnight and stolen cash. 

The Fort St. John RCMP Forensic Identification Services members attended and gathered evidence after the restaurant was secured and taped off. 

The investigation into this incident is ongoing.
