(UPDATE) Pair arrested after alleged liquor store robbery in Fort St. John

Both Bradley Supernant and Jaydon Diblasio face charges in relation to the alleged robbery of a liquor store last week.

Update, 11:47 a.m., Monday, April 13th: this story has been updated to include the identities of those arrested who were allegedly involved in the incident.

FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. — A pair of individuals were arrested in connection with an alleged robbery of a Fort St. John liquor store.

According to the Fort St. John RCMP detachment’s media relations officer, Christiaan Dreyer, police were called to a liquor store in the city at 10:32 p.m. on Wednesday, April 8th after reports of a robbery.

After the investigation and patrols, officers located two individuals in the area of 97th Avenue and 86th Street.

A foot pursuit then followed, with the RCMP making one arrest. The second suspect was apprehended a short while later.

Both suspects were taken into custody. Bradley Supernant has been charged with Robbery, assault and uttering threats.

Supernant was brought before court and released with a court date of Monday, April 13th.

The second suspect, Jaydon Diblasio has been charged with robbery and resisting and obstructing a peace officer. Dreyer says Diblasio appeared before court and given a release order, with a court date scheduled for Monday, April 20th.
