FORT ST. JOHN, B.C. — Fort St. John is set to welcome the region’s best with a bow and arrow for a 3-D archery tournament at Fort St. John Curling Club.
Set for Saturday, April 18th and Sunday, April 19th, New Totem Archery club’s 3-D tournament will showcase different obstacles for archery enthusiasts over the two-day event.
The club’s president, Tim Giesbrecht, says the club’s history goes back to at least the 1970s and it has a wide range of members ranging from the general public to veteran hunters and target archers.

Next weekend’s tournament will be for regional supremacy. Each event will be scored by Archery Shooters Association (ASA) rules, with targets on each 3-D animal representing a range between five and 12 points.
