Dawson Creek pharmacy to close doors after almost 50 years
A long-standing Dawson Creek pharmacy, Dawson Creek Clinic Drug Store, will be closing in May after almost half a century.

Dawson Creek, B.C. — After almost 50 years, one of Dawson Creek’s longest-standing clinics is shutting its doors.
On May 29th, 2026, Dawson Creek Clinic Drug Store will be closing for good, it said in a Facebook post.
“It no longer makes sense to continue to operate with the burdens of rising operations costs, decades of underfunding, a buckling healthcare system and over-regulation,” the clinic wrote.
